Coming Up on The Author’s Voice!

Coming up I have a sit down with author/editor/teacher Ruth Walker, Special Guest author/actor Neil Crone and author/ Reading as Writers Website co-ordinator, Noelle Bickle.

All that and I have several more author’s waiting in the wings. Yeah, I know a lot of wordy people, but, if you know a writer on the verge of being published (as in edited book in hand actively pursuing agents/publishers/e-book/self-publishing), let me know. Make sure they are ok with it first, please. As well I am always on the look-out for Special Guests such as Published authors, poets, teachers, or just plain writers new to the craft but have something extraordinary to say, like Tiffany Clarke did.

Drop me a line via my “Contact Me”. Ask questions, make suggestions. Remember, The Author’s voice is a monthly post, well, ok, I try to keep it monthly, but sometimes, my own writing takes precedence. Like Bran Flakes, though, I will endeavour to keep it regular.

Thanks for tuning in. Be sure to check out these author’s websites in advance. They love to hear from you, that’s why we’re on the net, right?

Stay tuned!

About Dale Long

Writing ambushed me from the shadows. At first I pushed it aside as nonsense, but luckily my wife and two girls saw the potential. Since then I have had an article published by Metroland, placed as runner-up and in the top ten in humour writing contests and various other contests. The icing on the cake was placing as runner-up in the WCDR's Wicked Words contest (130 entries) and having my entry published in the contests anthology of the same name. My entry was an exerpt from my upcoming novel, Echoes.

Your ‘Author’s Voice’ kick to your blog is such a great idea…I need more authors to strut their stuff on shenkitup, but I’m bad at getting them! I’ve considered just kidnapping a few, but something tells me that’s not a good idea. I probably took that a little too far, but that’s what I do best 😀

Hahaha! Ya, I don’t recommend kidnapping them. Lure them with chocolate… ACME chocolate 😉
Thanks Nate. It’s still a work in progress. I really want to get that late night talk show/old time radio show feel. A less stuffy, more casual thing.
